Firstly, I would hope that any viewer of this site is under no compulsion to continue here, but is free to leave and browse anywhere else, or even <gasp> leave the computer and go outside! Likewise, I do not feel under any obligation to spend time dealing with unhelpful or unproductive emails, and will delete any that I feel are obscene, abusive or irrelevant. Secondly, I am fellow explorer but not a qualified counsellor: please do not consult me for professional advice. Lastly, there may be some delay in my reply. While I do try to check the mail on a regular basis, I also lead a very busy life and there are times when that life does not include a computer.
